Returns must be made within 30 days of the date the customer receives the merchandise. A 25% restocking fee will be charged.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
No merchandise may be shipped directly without first receiving a return number from the appropriate department at L’Arsenal Environmental and Specialized Solutions.

RETURNS DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR
When there is an order error on the part of the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the return shipping costs. These costs will be determined and billed to the customer.
SPECIAL ORDER RETURNS
In order to meet the customer’s specific needs, L’Arsenal Environmental and Specialized Solutions reserves the right to refuse returns and to charge return shipping fees for special orders.
RETURNS FOR REPAIR
For repairs, the customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs incurred, including those associated with shipping the item to the manufacturer. An assessment of the work required and the necessary materials will be prepared. L’Arsenal Environmental and Specialized Solutions will send a quote based on this assessment to the customer. If the quote is not converted into an order, the customer will be billed for the estimate fee as well as the shipping costs.
WARRANTY RETURNS
It is the customer’s responsibility to cover all shipping costs incurred, including those associated with shipping the merchandise to the manufacturer. The customer must ensure that the merchandise has been tested before shipping it to L’Arsenal Environmental and Specialized Solutions. Upon receipt of the merchandise, an assessment will be conducted to confirm the product’s damage or malfunction. The terms for warranty returns are also subject to the terms and conditions of the product’s suppliers or manufacturers. Warranty returns must be sent to L’Arsenal Environmental and Specialized Solutions at least 10 business days before the manufacturer’s warranty period expires in order for the warranty to be honored.
RETURNS DUR TO L’ARSENAL ERROR
When there is an order error on the part of L’Arsenal Environmental and Specialized Solutions, it is L’Arsenal Environmental and Specialized Solutions’s responsibility to cover the return shipping costs.
RETURNS DUE TO MANUFACTURER/SUPPLIER ERROR
When there is an error with merchandise from a manufacturer or supplier of L’Arsenal Environmental and Specialized Solutions, L’Arsenal Environmental and Specialized Solutions is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
RETURNS DUE TO DAMAGE OR WEAR AND TEAR
If the returned merchandise is worn or damaged, L’Arsenal Environmental and Specialized Solutions reserves the right to assess the damage to determine the losses incurred and to bill the customer for them.
